About Dispatch Answering

Dispatch Answering Service was founded in 1986 by Jeff Tapler. Starting with one phone, Jeff built Dispatch into a professional and respected Message Call Center. Dispatch Answering serves clients in Pennsylvania's Lehigh Valley - including Allentown, Bethlehem, and Easton - as well as clients across the United States. Dispatch provides service to a wide range of medical and emergency service businesses, and educational, state and regional agencies. Jeff Tapler also operates WTAP, a cable radio station featuring classical country music. Jeff is a staunch believer in public service, and has been supporting the Lower Milford Township police department for over a decade.
